QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTIONS

We pay attention to product quality without tolerance to quality standards set by the buyer. Our quality control measures are the best and of a high standard as we carry out quality checks including raw materials used, middle production, workmanship quality, quality of finish, color, size and moisture content.

Rejected items could mean a delay in shipping and this is why we keep our customers fully aware of the progress of their orders. To avoid this, our team conducts frequent QC inspections during production. It is also as the reason we plan the delivery of products ahead of the shipping dates to allow if there are items that need to be serviced or replaced.

For furniture, our experienced QC team looks for any possible defects in actual product construction, strength of joints, gaps in joints, proper use of nails and screws. They focus on wood quality, looking for knots, discoloration, repairs and weaknesses. After this is done, they consider the actual product finish and the overall presentation of the item. Finally, our team will check for function ability of each part such as draws, and any other moving parts. Another important thing that also needs attention is the moisture content of items made from wood. Items with high humidity can be exposed to mold or break easily when exposed to extreme temperatures. The lower the wood moisture level, the better.

Our quality control inspections generally cover four main steps depending on the product, the shipping method used and other factors that apply to customer needs.

Pre-production Inspections
Before production, quality control inspections are carried out on raw materials and other components (if any). Our QC team will confirm whether these raw materials meet your specifications and are available in sufficient quantities to meet your production schedule and the number of your orders. This can help identify earlier if there will be a problem with production and to determine the right solution.

During Production Inspections
During production, the products are inspected to verify that quality requirements and specifications are met. This can help identify problems in cases of recurring defects in production and provide objective input to solutions to solve production problems.

Sorting Inspections
A sorting Inspection can be carried out as a pre-packaging or post-packaging inspection. A piece by piece inspection is performed on every item to evaluate general appearance, workmanship, finishing, size, function, safety and etc.

Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI)
After production is completed, a pre shipment inspection can be done to verify that the goods to be shipped have been manufactured according to specified requirements.

Container Loading Inspections
Our QC team monitors the entire process of loading goods into container. Our team checks that your order is completed and loaded safely into the container before shipping.
