We are committed to the principles of fair trade in sourcing and supplying any product to buyers. We strive to build long-term relationships with suppliers by being open, honest and fair in dealing with them. We share ideas about fair trade with them, and we believe this is a long-term joint project. Through education and information provided to suppliers, we can improve understanding of their responsibilities to staff, customers, the community and the environment.

We apply strict supervision to suppliers which include; the production environment that meets employee health standards, the use of environmentally friendly and sustainable materials. We understand that real people become part of the production process. We ensure that these people are respected in the workplace and their quality of life is not negatively impacted by the enjoyment of our products. 

We are committed to consistently placing social and environmental responsibility on each of our commercial decisions through responsible product sourcing policies. We ensure that all suppliers comply with this policy while continue to produce quality products at competitive prices. We and suppliers adhere to the following principles in conducting business practices:

  1. Child Labor
    No worker is appointed unless he meets the applicable minimum working age requirement or at least 18 years of age, whichever is greater. We comply with all applicable child labor laws.
  2. Involuntary Labor
    We never use any labor of any kind, including prison labor, debt bondage or forced labor.
  3. Disciplinary Practices
    We never engage in corporal punishment or other forms of mental or physical coercion with regard to its employees.
  4.  Wages & Benefits
    Our wage and benefit structure, including overtime compensation, always comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Health & Safety
    We take care in providing a safe and healthy workplace for its workers, including their residential facilities, if provided, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding occupational health and safety.
  6. Equal Opportunity
